Improvements in response to satisfaction survey of the II semester of 2022

Below you will find the results of the survey applied to evaluate the first semester of 2022. The objective was to obtain feedback from you in order to continue growing.

Regarding the survey, we have had flattering results. For this reason, we appreciate the assessment of the that we have done, having completed the survey and the trust placed in it.

Rest assured that we will continue to work hard to respond to the challenges that arise.

Based on the results obtained through your comments, we will be implementing the following improvements for the second semester.

  • For better air flow in the classrooms, we have installed fans in each one.
  • A new game has been set up in the preschool area.
  • Regarding birthday celebrations and other activities that can be carried out with parents, security measures and activity schedule will be changed with the main purpose so that the children can socialize and have more fun.
  • We will have a kermesse on Sunday august 7th.
  • The readers´ club will be reopened for both; Spanish and English as well.
  • English only usage will be implemented as mandatory in the school premises for students and teachers.
  • Various pedagogical strategies will be done, like in class debates, to practice and strengthen their english oral skills, problem contextualization, solutions searching and value strengthening.
  • All of our students will receive face to face classes. The platform will be solely used to publish the weekly lesson plan and homework assignments if assigned by the teacher.
  • With regards to the cafeteria, the menu will include healthier foods and toys will not be sold, fans were also installed to improve air flow.
  • Communication strategies amongst the teachers and admissions will continue to strengthen, promoting more effective communications channels.
  • We proceeded in placing signs in all access gates and gate 3 will be expanded to allow easier traffic flow on both directions (entry and exit)
  • For greater ease automatic debit will be implemented.
  • We will continue working tirelessly in developing values, antibullying campaigns and good deeds.
  • In order to control vehicular access, stickers will be handed out (2 per student) if more than 2 are needed an additional fee must be paid.

Regarding the organization of entry and exit: 

  • Internal parking has been made available to all parents who wish to drop off and pick up their children instead of doing it by driving thru.
  • Gates will be opened 20 minutes prior to dismissal time.
  • Students from PK3 – 3rd grade will enter and exit through gates 1 & 2 (main gate)
  • Students who use school transportation, regardless of the grade will continue using the internal gate.
  • Students from 4th – 7th grade will enter and exit through gate 3 (the same gate that they have been using)
  • To develop responsibility and independence all students from 4th grade up will be responsible for their belongings.
  • Masks Usage is mandatory.
